I really enjoyed this book and the corresponding audio recordings that come with it. Change starts in our subconscious mind and if we try to use willpower we will fail. I really enjoyed the audio for chewing until only liquid remains, drinking water before every meal and stopping when you are 90% satisfied. I had never heard the chewing concept before, or if I had I dismissed it. I also found myself stopping with food mid air and drinking water before I started eating. It's definitely working on a subconscious level!
