I really enjoyed this book and the corresponding audio recordings that come with it. Change starts in our subconscious mind and if we try to use willpower we will fail. I really enjoyed the audio for chewing until only liquid remains, drinking water before every meal and stopping when you are 90% satisfied. I had never heard the chewing concept before, or if I had… I dismissed it. I also found myself stopping with food mid air and drinking water before I started eating. HEAR ME WHEN I SAY GET THIS BOOK! It's about reprogramming your brain and routines in so many aspects of your life. I feel so much more productive after two months (& a lot of mental reminders) to stick to the plan. This book has the tools you need to get better rest. It provides websites with additional tools as well. The 6 week log portion of the book is what I most enjoy, it's helpful in seeing how your habits can affect how you sleep! You can keep track of your progress each night and compare. That in itself is really helpful!

This book gives you many possibilities as to why you may struggle to sleep but it also gives you assignments/activities to actively work at improving your sleep habits. And I love that! I wouldn’t call it a workbook but it definitely has workbook sections. I don’t want to spoil the book, so I won’t summarize it.
