HEAR ME WHEN I SAY GET THIS BOOK! It's about reprogramming your brain and routines in so many aspects of your life. I feel so much more productive after two months (& a lot of mental reminders) to stick to the plan. In two months, I've only lost 6 pounds but I feel so much healthier and I feel stronger since I am weight training so I think the weight is being retained in positive places. This has helped me realize that maintaining change starts at the brain before it can reach the body.
