I had such a problem getting up in the morning with my kids and it was a real source of guilt and frustration but I chalked it up to being a tired mom. After reading this book I went from handing the phone to my toddler and rolling over to waking up at 5:30 am without an alarm! To say it changed my life is an understatement! Those 30 minutes alone in the morning feeling well rested and being able to do my self hypnosis and sip my coffee in peace change the entire environment of our home!
