Been trying to lose weight for decades. (I am 70.) I bought this book and lost 35 pounds in 12 weeks. Easily! More important, I stopped beating myself up after an evening of overeating. I am happier, more confident, more relaxed than I have been in years. I am amazed at how the simple things I learned in my childhood dramatically negatively impacted my eating, health and well-being.
