I had already been participating in daily hypnosis by following self-hypnosis videos in YouTube.

I wanted to be able to quiet my mind and find a way to take a break from the constant rambling in my head.

Hypnosis has helped me in a more general way, allowing me to be less stressed throughout the day, allowing me to relax easier whenever I want to, and allowing me to just feel better about myself and the direction I am heading.
