I was curious [about hypnosis] but had no idea the profound effect it would have on my life.

[I wanted to address] sleep, anxiety, procrastination.  I am working on my own business and working outside the home part-time, and I’d really like to build my confidence and reduce my anxiety and build the courage to be as successful as I can be!

So for a few years, I’ve focused on sleeping 8 hours a night. Trying to be in bed by 11 and up around 7. Some days it’s a little less, some days it’s more, but I know that one of the keys to better health is a good night’s sleep. I was having the craziest stress dreams. They were always the same content. I’m alone in the restaurant, (which isn’t ever really the restaurant, but a field, a hotel, a golf course, etc) and everyone needs a server and coffee and I’m the only one there, there not enough coffee cups and there is no coffee made. Those of you in the service industry know exactly what I’m talking about.


Well, a few weeks ago my friend Rebekah Borucki introduced me to Grace Smith. I signed up for her Grace Space program and starting using most of the therapies, but made a point of listening to “Think Happy” and I downloaded her app which has a SLEEP track. Every night just before I go to bed I listen to that SLEEP track and I realized I AM NO LONGER HAVING STRESS DREAMS. It took me about a week to realize they had STOPPED completely. I have just had the longest work week in the past year, some nights only getting 5 hours of sleep, but STILL no crazy stress dreams.


I worked three times the hours I normally do, no weird dreams and every night I slept like a baby. My first day off in 7 days and I Feel GREAT!
