I was skeptical and thought there is no way [hypnosis] can work but I tried it [hypnosis] any way
I want to fix panic attacks and negativity in my life. I decided to change because I was frustrated and scared of calling the ambulance every couple of days.
I’ve been having panic attacks since I can remember. I think it was the death of my grandmother that triggered it. The thing is, I had no idea what panic attacks were until about 4 years ago when I felt like I was dying. My husband called the ambulance and they told me what it was. After that I kept on having these episodes but I did not know how to control it. So I decided to tell my doctor and he suggested to do meditation. I searched on Youtube and the first thing that pop out was Bexlife. I started with her for a couple of days then on one of her videos she suggested hypnosis. I tried it and I was hooked. After that, I also sign up for Grace Notes and they are great and have helped me a lot. It reminds me that I’m human and it is ok to express my feelings and also to be here in the present. It’s been 9 months since I started doing meditation and hypnosis. I’m not going to lie, at first it was very difficult because all of my past and my negativity came to light but I have learned to manage my emotions and feelings. I also can control my panic attacks by doing hypnosis and talking myself out of them.
