As a regular periscope watcher, within a day of my being asked to prepare a presentation Grace Smith provided a hypnosis on public speaking – I joined Grace Space and followed up with the course there (not complete due to it not being there) I was able to complete the presentation which I know I would not have without the hypnosis.
