Leah has lived and worked across the USA and internationally as an Educator. She holds a Master’s in Education and has worked with diverse populations as an Educator, Nonprofit and Wellness Professional.

Leah has been a Certified Yoga Instructor for over 15 years, specializing in trauma and youth focused sessions. After a lifelong struggle with anxiety Leah turned to hypnosis after many years of needless suffering. Having tried countless other forms of therapy, and self-care routines to combat her crippling anxiety she finally found lasting relief through hypnotherapy.

Inspired by the dramatic change finally tackling her anxiety had on her life she decided to share hypnotherapy with others who experience the crippling effects of anxiety, depression and undesired habits. It worked for Leah, it can work for you!

Having a strong background in intercultural communication and having worked internationally for years, Leah welcomes clients from around the world.

Leah also loves working with youth of all ages and has years of classroom and community-building experience to work with all ages and experiences.

Welcoming all backgrounds and diversity of all kinds, including but not limited to all body sizes, abilities, races, sexualities, genders, religions, nationalities….

I love being a hypnotherapist because anxiety, stress, and fear need not be in control of our lives and communities, there is a better way.

Leah is such an awesome hypnotherapist. I feel I am getting so much out of the sessions and they compliment the book and 90 day challenge. I feel I am on a path to success… on a journey of self love and self care to obtain the healthy weight and body I visualize.

It is like she reads my mind and knows exactly what I need to work on and release…be it tense muscles or releasing what no longer serves me.

I look forward to my sessions with Leah as she helps me feel energized and calm all at the same time and has really helped me prioritize myself and my health and mental well-being. I've learned so much about myself and feel like I'm making true lasting progress on the topics we've worked on.
